Garden city Jeevitha Anathashrama since 2003 has been working towards helping children to meet their dreams, we as an Organisation believe that the children shouldn’t be denied their rights because of where they were born.

The Problems of poverty illiteracy and homeless seem to face hardest on the children of migratory families these families struggle to find basic child care and nutrition let alone guarantee an education for their children. In our experience, most parents tend to become helpless and hopeless while others settle for very mean options, some parents even turn violent and abusive leaving these children in spaces they don’t feel safe.

Jeevitha believes in looking at these issues from the source. Not only we provide children an enabling environment but through family counselling we build a safe space for them at home through family strengthening and economic strengthening. It’s only when a child is happy, healthy and loved that we have achieved our goal.

As we talk about Jeevitha more than 350 children’s have supported for education, 15 students have been completed their 10th std. 8 students have completed 2nd PUC. All the passed students of Jeevitha are settled in their life. Some of the passed out students come and visit Jeevitha whenever possible.
Jeevitha is a family to not only children but also its staff members. Children are main pillars of our future hence when they enjoy their childhood they make many more people happy. The children in Jeevitha are trained in all aspects of life. Even though the major focus is on education children here are taught all the life skills required to lead their life.
